Jo has twenty five years of experience working in various settings such as NHS Northampton General Hospital children’s wards, Stoke Mandeville Hospital, community school nursing and health visiting as well as attending children centres offering play therapy and family support for young people & children.

Jo uses her extensive experience and knowledge on attachment, behaviour management, mental health support, trauma and abuse and the impact on domestic violence to support and guide families through difficult times. 

Jo also facilitates parenting groups, which she has done for over 10 years, specialising in the Solihull Approach: Understanding your Childs Behaviour and Theraplay level 1 which she is also able to integrate into our therapy sessions.
