Hello
I am a counsellor who was a teacher for many years.
I've really enjoyed being a teacher and a head teacher but now I love being a counsellor because I can help people figure out what is troubling them and how they can overcome their worries.
Nobody likes to feel bad and I like to help people find a way to feel better.
I share strategies to help you feel less stressed and less anxious.
I do not judge, I just listen so that you can share your worries, concerns and your troubles.
Together we can work to make sense of your feelings.
