As a trauma counsellor Paula has worked with adults in person and online for the past 6 years.
Paula studied at the University of Northampton and completed a Batchelors degree in Sociology. Later returning to undertake a Master’s in counselling, studying a relational integrative approach which is tailored to the needs of each client.
Whilst studying, Paula worked for RoSA, supporting people who have suffered rape or sexual abuse. Paula also facilitated anxiety and self-esteem courses supporting clients to understand and manage their anxiety and improve self-esteem. Alongside this she volunteered at Mind supporting clients with a wide range of concerns including bereavement, loss, burnout, anxiety, and relationship issues.
